How does the free trial work?
Every new user gets 3 free AI queries to try GridHop. No credit card required. You can upgrade to Pro at any time for 300 queries per month.
What counts as an AI query?
Each question you ask or action you request from the AI (like creating a chart or analyzing data) counts as one query. Simple follow-up questions may not count depending on complexity.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

How secure is my data?
Very secure! We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Your files are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage with strict access controls. We never share your data with third parties except AI providers for processing.
Can I use GridHop offline?
GridHop requires an internet connection to process AI queries. However, you can download and work with exported Excel files offline.
What AI models do you use?
Pro users can choose between OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude, and xAI Grok. Each model has different strengths - you can switch between them based on your needs.
Is there a limit on file size?
Free users can upload files up to 10MB with up to 10,000 rows. Pro users can upload files up to 100MB with up to 100,000 rows.
